New critters are not scanned by flux-o-matic

critters tested: Rhex, Lumb, Dartle, Mimika

Steps to Reproduce

1)Have flux-o-matic

2) spawn in one of the new critters

3) observe

delete this one, realised i forgot to activate it, although the mimka does give an error message, and no log
