My poor dupe is encased in... neutronium?...

So, this is a fun one. Somehow, my dupe Ruby managed to become encased in neutronium... I'm pretty sure it's because somehow her current position was calculated to be negative on a positive grid (I'm assuming position is calculated as x and y always positive, and 0,0 is the bottom left). Here's an even better part of the fun, this happened in cycle 33, so it can't be blamed on an overly complex setup, I haven't had time to build one. 

What was happening at the time, was I was admittedly being a bit... heavy handed with my researching dupes, to learn more about a cool steam vent next to the starting biome, in the frozen asteroid (couldn't ask for a better starting setup!). I needed to know if the vent was going to sustain our water needs. So, they got a little, well cooked in the process. And so, apparently, Ruby decided it would be better to die, encased in neutronium, than study that vent 1 more second.

Also just noticed, that apparently after loading the bad file, and then closing the game, doesn't fully close ONI. I had closed it at least 5 minutes ago, and closed Steam, which had to wait for ONI to close... Weird.

As for the "output_log.txt" file, there doesn't seem to be one in the folder specified. There's a "debug.log" one level up, but that's it.
