When you create Morbs within a Rocket Module by filling an Outhouse and not letting any Dupe empty it, they spawn and behave as normal, allowing for a great method of free breathable (though disgusting) oxygen on your ship when rushing to get off your home Asteroid, such as a particularly nasty Radioactive Ocean Moonlet start.
Now, Once you Abandon Ship whilst near a Planet in order to land, I was surprised to see that the Morbs actually survived, or was rather contained within a piece of Rocket Debris! However, their locations are all funky in a method that I can't really describe, but only include this Medal clip and a few images.

Image 1: All Slimelung Sources are the Morbs from the ship, excluding the one stuck in the Mesh tile. The ones actually within that "Containment Cell" I built for them can run around and spit Polluted Oxygen, despite being completely invisible and non-interactable.
Deconstructing the Rocket Debris spawns the Morbs where the Disease Overlay indeed claims they are - and the game seems to think that's their actual location as well, as all said Morbs will still produce "dialogue" related to Temperature and their Health Bars at their said locations.

1. Spawn Morbs in a habitable Rocket Module (I specifically used the Solo Spacefarer Nosecone, with this design)
2. Abandon Ship
3. Locate and "open" the Rocket Debris containing the Morbs!

Included are my DxDiag and Save Files. Yes, I'm doing a Solo run without Loner.
