Morb outside of trap, but still trapped

As I was clearing a space to build something new, I wanted to relocate some creatures, and for that reason set a trap. After a little while I noticed the trap sprung by a morb but was not getting picked up, which is odd, as moments before I successfully moved a morb in the same manner. Then I noticed the morb which was supposed to be in the trap, was not actually positioned in the trap, but instead in a small space my dupes could not reach.

So made screenshot, closed ONI, due to clumsiness lost screenshot, started ONI to get a new screenshot, but then learned restarting ONI actually moved the morb to the correct spot. I still made another screenshot to sketch the situation. I hope it helps.

- The trap is in the place where I built it. You can see it now with the morb in it.

- The yellow circle is where the morb actually was before restarting ONI. When clicked, it would show the status 'trapped'.

- The blue box was a regular tile like the ones next to it, but in the screenshot I already removed it in an effort for my dupes to reach the morb. This made the space where the morb was only 1 tile high, and therefor (I guess) unreachable by my dupes. Unfortanately, the tile was already removed before closing ONI the first time. So I can't tell if they eventually were able to reach the morb solely because of the removed tile, or solely because the morb's position got fixed by the restart.

I added the savefiles and output_log to the stuff.zip file

Steps to Reproduce
Unknown, I did not see it happen. .. maybe the morb was somehow released-ish from the trap because the area was still being built?
