Missing.default in asteroid selection screen

Just installed the launch edition, and first time trying to create a new game, whether in survival or not, between the terra and oceania asteroids there's a white square named missing.default that randomly selects traits each time I scroll past it in either direction, and has MISSING.The vanilla of starting asteroids as its description. Have tried verifying files and uninstalling/reinstalling the game, but neither fixed the problem. I have no mods installed, so it's not an issue there, either
