Microchips stored at the Soldering Station do not show up as available until it fills up to 8

I kept "losing" my microchips that Bioncs created during defragmentation, but eventually boosters get made. So I noticed then that microchips do get delivered to soldering station, but are "invisible" to the UI elements except scrolling to content section, until it fills up to 8. Until then it says its still expecting 8 microchips even though some have already been delivered (see image), everywhere you look including Resources, the chips are not present any more. I noticed similar behavior in other "quantity based" tools like Musher, but there at least the hover window shows whats missing not what the total quantity is even though it already has some inside. 

 

To make matters weirder, if I stop booster making, the soldering station ejects the microchips to the map, and now the resources say 2 are available, but the recipe still does not show this 2 as available somewhere (as say food making equipment would do)

In general, aside from this bug, I think we need some way to track resources "trapped" inside manufacturing buildings, maybe show them in "X (Y)" format where X is on the map, and Y is trapped inside building, and clicking on the resource would position the map to an instance, as it does for visible resources. 

I did not include the log file as its irrelevant.

Steps to Reproduce

Have bionic

Have Soldering Station, add a booster recipe

Wait till they defrag and track the microchips.
