Unknown cause. Occasionally my dupes will just stop making recipes at the microbe musher. I always use continuous on mush bars. Possibly related to other recipe-based workstations existing without a continuous recipe?
As a side note, I believe this also happened to three other saves that had stress enabled, but the constant tantrum spiral from every dupe having food poisoning, hypothermia, and no food made it impossible to actually pinpoint as something that was happening.
