Observed Behavior:
The three Meters give very small Uptime figures, often even 0%, particularly when emitting small amounts.
Expected Behavior:
Any second in which the Meter emits a packet should be considered Uptime, also I'm pretty sure that's how it works in Live.
Also as a player I have often used Uptime to determine the extent to which a Meter Valve is being utilized, and that is the Metric I want to know.
A Liquid Meter Valve clearly emitting packets, yet with 0% Uptime.
Steps to Reproduce
- It seems that any Liquid Meter Valve, with LIMIT set to 1 (1 kg), will always have 0% Uptime regardless of automation scheme.
- Liquid Meter Valves set to any LIMIT less than or equal than 10 kg (max packet size) will have 0% Uptime if automated directly using a Timer Sensor set to pretty much anything that sums to 1, like 0.2/0.8, 0.5/0.5, 0.8/0.2
This issue also effects other Meters, but perhaps not in completely identical ways.
I've also included a save with a bunch of Meters with 0% or very low Uptime despite clearly emitting packets continuously.
