Medical Pack creation missing in Apothecary

I'm playing Spaced Out and Medical Pack is missing from creation Apothecary, it used to be there because I had medical packs in my treatment station. I ran out and went to make more and it is now missing. Please help?

Steps to Reproduce

Go to apothecary, I have not tried or successfully made Medical Pack since I started exploring a second world through a teleport. The option is not current available to me.

On my world I have access to all the materials required for a medical pack. It is the first planetoid and a new save in the latest live build of Spaced Out. Exact same problem.
