The Massage Table in the screenshot had a "standard" wire connection to the power line to the left.
I marked those four wire segments for construction and laid down a conductive wire line in the row below.
After the wire segments were deconstructed, there was no "No wire connected" icon, dupes kept using the massage table and their stress level decreased.
