Duplicants sleeping in barracks receive an additional 100% stamina per cycle, added onto the stamina added for sleeping in general. A private bedroom ups this to 200%, and luxury barracks give... nothing.

Notice how the total is lower than even the regular barracks. This is probably an oversight.

Build a luxury barracks and have a duplicant sleep in it.
