They are always trussed when I find them stuck in a wall/floor. I tried placing pick-up stations in other places but still get the same result. They don't get out by themselves until they die.
Steps to Reproduce
Make a lumb ranch. Place a pick-up station (I have a limit of 2 lumbs per stable). When the limit is reached, a dupe comes to wrangle a lamb.
