The liquid oxidizer tank has a 0 kg storage after building, which is not same as the solid oxidizer tank that has a max storage by default.
The issue happens after 471883 update. It's not a big deal but keep them same could be better for players.
Steps to Reproduce
Build the new liquid oxidizer tank and solid oxidizer tank in any saves.
