http://prntscr.com/fjnauj Liquid valves notoriously display status of "Not Pumping", even when they clearly are, and dupes refuse to adjust their flow rates. This ruins my water works. Please, for the love of... force dupes to adjust the flow in Liquid Valves even if they're NOT PUMPING.
