I have noticed that after a while, liquid pumps seem to bug out. Sometimes the pump will just stop and say "Not pumping" even though it is submerged fully, has power, and the piping is empty and hooked up fully. This seems to occur the longer I play the game, so saving and getting off it every hour or so seems to stop this.
Other times the pump will run non-stop, and no water is going into the pipe, and it quickly drains the liquid. Re-loading the game, or disabling and enabling the pump seems to work most of the time. Can be a horrible bug as your entire massive water reserve vanishes in no time.
