when liquid flows through a bridge and the output after the bridge gets cut off (i.e. shut-off, research reactor full) the liquid continues to the other output. this works as intended, bridge is prioritized and when it's full, the liquid continues it's path to another output.
however, for some reason as of the new update, there is a period in which the liquid does not continue and does not enter the bridge either, resulting in a stop in the flow. this didn't happen before the patch. my Research reactor is not working properly, becuase the water used to feed it through a bridge gets backed up due to the bug.
the flow shouldn't back up, the pumps shouldn't stop, they didn't before the update. I also tried this with a gas bridge, same situation.
I recommend checking the screenshots on how to reproduce this. it's also in the save file. Timer is set the same on both sides.
