Linux KDE keyboard keys are not binding when game launched with not US-en layout

I am using Arch/Manjaro with KDE 5.27

I have two keyboard layouts: en and ru.

If I launch ONI with another language keyboard layout then US-en the keyboard bindings keys does not work.

It is possible to fix it by re-launching the app with english keyboard layout.

Steps to Reproduce

Install the second keyboard layout.

Switch to that local layout and run the game.
