Steps to Reproduce

load savegames from previous spawns without start new game before and return to mainmenu.

after 23:00 i cannot reproduce as  all were back to normal. new games and autosave have normal behaviour from here on.

edit. next day april 12th i can reproduce again with loading save file. (i uploaded again). so i load save with mods disabled cor enabled, both ways  the lines are gone. also all other saves have no more research lines..

with starting new games and disabled mod or enabled mods both ways it no more happens. so after starting a new game, return to mainmenu and load one game from save i see the lines again. its like a workaround, not perfect but it works. fine for me.

i tried to reproduce it in a windows 10 vm with the uploaded save file. couldnt reproduce it here.

i tired to reproduce it in the non native version with proton 5-0-5 and start option PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%. cant reproduce it here. guess ill stick with this
