I have attached it to the rocket with a cargo module on my second planet (smelliol), it's right next to it but it still says "No connected rocket"
I have a similar setup on my starting planet (soilano) and it works just fine
Steps to Reproduce
Run the save file I shared, check planet smeliol. The solid rocket port should work, instead it says "no connected rocket"
