Irregular crashes since Aquatic Planet Pack left PTB

I noticed that my game started crashing irregularly, either with the "my game was swallowed by a black hole" message or just not responding. I couldn't tell so far what is causing this, it seems to be happening at random. But I've never had this many crashes in ONI (up to 1x per hour or at least 1x per session), it's only been happening since about a week or perhaps since the Aquatic Planet pack left the PTB.
