On Oxygenarian mode, duplicants have a small chance of immediately dying after coming through the Printing Pod. It doesn't kill them if you pause before selecting them, but it's annoying to find a really helpful duplicant that dies immediately and causes stress.
Steps to Reproduce
Start a world on Oxygenarian mode. Wait until printing pod creates a Duplicant, and don't pause the game. Select a duplicant and they will most likely die.
