I have a closed loop set up with a sink, a lavatory ,and a shower hooked up to a water purifier. I gave it about 4 dots of water to start and everything worked fine. A few cycles later I checked on the system and found that there was way more water than I originally put in. I didn't think much about again until my duplicates began to soil themselves and when I checked on it, pipes were full and my utilities claimed the pipe was blocked. I was having trouble making the vents to work so I just deconstructed pipes with water in them. This may cause the end of my colony.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Place a sink, lavatory, and shower all connected to a water purifier 2. Run a pipe with water in it to the respective clean/dirty pipes 3. Disconnect starter pipe and all utilities should work fine until the pipes fill up and get blocked
