Infinit KG of water in 1 tile

Hi,

As mentioned during last few OI version i face same issue, when water drops from some place, from time to time instead fill to 1000kg, its stack infinit in 1 tile.

Only Related in all case was, in same place there was a lot of raw mineral etc. not collected.
When i dig that tile or something, them volume of water back to normal.
