Increased Bathroom Use Time Causing Looping AI Resulting in Death

If a duplicant has the trait the increases their bathroom use time, and the bathroom has low breathability, the duplicant will finish their bathroom break prematurely to run for oxygen even though they already have sufficient oxygen to finish using the bathroom. So, they will try to use the bathroom, run away for oxygen, then try to use the bathroom again, over and over, until they eventually starve to death.

I believe this could be fixed by modifying how they calculate priorities by better factoring in their bathroom use time.

Alternatively, and perhaps more intuitively, bladder could decrease as a percentage during bathroom use, as opposed to an all or nothing type of calculation.

Steps to Reproduce

Have a duplicant with increased bathroom use time use a bathroom that has no breathability. Have a breathable zone just outside of the bathroom.
