A pip planted an arbor tree seed in a non-hydroponic farm tile that had been assigned a mealwood seed. This created an insufficient resources status since there was no polluted water flowing to the tile. After uprooting the arbor tree and replacing it with a mealwood seed, the status never disappeared. This did not happen for the other farm tile that had an arbor tree planted in it, which was uprooted but not quickly replaced with mealwood.
Steps to Reproduce
Wait for a pip to plant an arbor acorn into an empty farm tile that was assigned a mealwood seed. Uproot the tree before any water is delivered to it, then plant a mealwood seed
