Dialogs with list select elements remember the selected element from the previous dialog (ie: a dialog from another object) and do not accurately reflect the actual chosen element of the current object.
Steps to Reproduce
Select (for example) a gas filter and select a gas in the list. Build a new gas filter and select it. Note that the gas from the previous gas filter's selection is still highlighted.
