Hydroponic tiles inconsistently exchange heat

1. Spam pausing forces a conduction step on the hydroponic tile, but never writes back the correct temperature for the dirt storage

(100kg gold amalgam tile at 20C with -272C dirt equilibrium should be about -188C, but I am able to go all the way up to -260C)

2. Simply watch the dirt temperature and note how it oscillates around (-246C -> -241C -> -244C etc..). Also note that once again, the resulting temperature is much higher than what you'd expect from equillibrium (-188C)

Now may also be a good time to ask for wilted plants to consistently not consume fertilizer
