Heyas.
I'm not sure if the system is working as intended, but it doesn't seem to be working as described in the release notes:
- "Conduits placed across multiple Hydroponic Farms should no longer block liquids from flowing down the pipe"
Issue: Hydroponic farm squares (still) seem to bring water flow to a stop after a few squares when farming bristle berries.
Pic #1 is of working hydroponic farm, with 10 kg water in the pipe.
Pic #2 is of the adjacent square, hydroponic farm is not working because no access to water
Pic #3 is of a hydroponic square further down the pipe, which should provide (additional) demand on the pipe further down the run.
I've not (yet) tried a 3-on 1-off pattern of hydro farms with bristle berries to see if this would permit flow down the length of an entire run.
O2 generator is there to eliminate atmosphere as a reason for possible lack of demand/growth.
I'm not sure how the back end of the system works, but (in theory) cycling the plant between "growing" and "not-growing" may also enable another
check against water's availability as a resource.
Has anyone tried this with a different fluid to see if something similar happens with things that take dirty water for irrigation?
Save file is attached, let me know if there's anything else you need.
Build a line of hydroponic farms that are set to farm bristle berries. At some point down the row, the water flow simply stops. (Despite additional demand and there being water in the pipe.) This is being run on a freshly-started game on the QOL2 release, with debug mode enabled.
