Hospital room not working: "remove conflicting buildings" (there aren't any)

Can't quite figure this one out. I've tried: removing/replacing doors. Removing/replacing buildings (apothecary, sink), quitting and reloading. Room size is within acceptable range. There is some standard plumbing and power, but only basic wires and pipes. Help please?
