Horizontal Scrolling on Consumables Menu Jumps to Left

I'm unable to control duplicant food preferences at the right end of the food/food quality spectrum as the horizontal scroll bar will not lock in position when scrolling to the right; Instead, it jumps back to the far left.

Steps to Reproduce
Open the Consumables menu and attempt to scroll the bar to the far right (horizontally) to check or un-check a food permission.

I experienced the same. You can however pause the game, the preferences window will then not update the scrolling position but stay in place.

Still seeing this problem. Every 2-3 seconds it jumps back to the left, making it difficult/annoying to set food preferences for anything above tofu.
