High priority work over Job (Very High) priority

Hi,

It seems, that dupes may take high priority work over job (very high) priority work.

In my example, dup banhi was tidying, even though, she had "farmer" job, and job priority on farming(screen 1,2). I checked if there was work in green house (and as you can see there are things to do)(screen 3). Then, I had decreased tidy priority to high, and dup started to work on greenhouse (screen 6).

It may something to do with subpriorities (screen 4,5)? (though I didn't change subpriorities, when decreased tidy priority to high, and dup, still started to perform farming job).

Priorities was on Normal mode (so this may be the case, assuming hiden priorities is old priority system(where left priorities are higher))

Thanks ^^

Steps to Reproduce
1. Set up priorities, so one priority is job(very high), another is high priority. 2. Have some work available to perform for both priorities 3. Watch dup doing lower priority work over higher :D
