High CPU usage seems to cause dupes to ignore basic requirements.

When the game runs in the background and in certain instances I am using my computer heavily for other background tasks while the game is running in the foreground, dupes seem to forget to do things like eat and breath.     I have dupes fall over dead from starvation with massive amounts of food, and some suffocate, upon reloading if you set the speed low they most often simply walk to the food or to the O2 and continue as they never had the issue, if you catch them doing it, simply slowing the game down will often fix them as well.
