When one accidently does a harvest order to a muckroot like I just did and then disables this harvest again (same if with Y or in the item-menu), all looks fine but still there seems to be no way to prevent the guys and gals to harvest it. So the errand is not actually deleted.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Do a harvest to a plant (muckroot only?)
2. Cancel it
3. Cancel a guy or gal what might already tries to execute the order
4. Try step 3 again (... and again and again...)
