Heat produced in metal refinery tooltip is wrong

Final heat calculation is off by a factor of 1000 * 0.8.

* Tooltip does not take into account the 0.8 thermal fudge

* mass is in kg, CalculateEnergyDeltaForElementChange returns energy in kJ, but then it's formatted as joules. (actual number should be 10.56 MJ)

Also it doesn't change the results but mass and SHC are flipped here (mass is first arg, not the second)
