Sometimes when a plant becomes harvestable in a planter box, it has the sprite where its overheated and dying, but you can harvest it with no problems. this happened with mealwood. i haven't planted anything else yet, but I'm assuming this could arise with other plants

There doesn't seem to be any specific way to make this happen, it just seems to be chance, since it doesn't always happen
