Deconstructing a switch or sensor that is "active" causes that tile to remain "active" even after the switch/sensor is gone.
Placing tiles over it does not solve the issue, however placing a gate such that its output is over said tile or replacing the switch and deconstructing it while its off does fix it.
Here's a NOT gate being driven by a ghost signal:
Steps to Reproduce
1. Please a Signal Switch or any sensor, and toggle it on or adjust the settings until it comes on. 2. Run Automation wire through it. It will be green, as expected. 3. Deconstruct the switch/sensor while it is still on. 4. The wire *remains* green, and will drive devices accordingly.
