Gear Balm can't be transport by Warp Conduit Sender？

When I try to transport gear balm by warp conduit sender it just don't go to the receiver. Oxygen transport successfully and conveyor rail connection is correct.

I'm not sure what happened but when I open the same save today it just work properly...?  maybe it's a occasional problem
