Gas rocket port unloader making gas dissapear

For some reason, rocket gas port unloader only outputs every second or every third tick of natural gas in my example. However, gas cargo canister is losing 1kg of gas every tick. So it happens, that when I have 1 completely full gas cargo canister in storage, it usually just fills 1/2 - 3/4 of the rocket's gas cargo canister.

 

Anyways, love the game <3

EDIT: slowing time, seems to help?

Steps to Reproduce

Not sure, might be that the gas rocket port unloader, has a 2 outputs flows as indicated in the image.

Wanted to chime in that I'm seeing the same issue. Slowing time appears to help as you say, but for me it was skipping a packet once in awhile even at fastest speed, and then I reloaded in an attempt to fix the problem, but it got even worse, pretty much the way that your picture is set.
