I am creating vacuum in this chamber, but there is still some gas left (grams per tile). Only the three marked tiles contain vacuum. It looks like in the fix that came with update 210162 ("Pumps consume liquid/gas from the four cells they cover instead of the bottom left cell only") the three added pumped tiles are shifted one position to the left and down.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a closed chamber with gas pump and start pumping gas out from it. When the chamber is getting near vacuum, check which tiles are being emptied by the pump.
