In windowed mode, when resizing the game to a smaller window (something like 600px wide), the game doesn't "update" the view. You can click on the screen, you'll hear buttons reacting to clicks but the UI will not be refreshed.
In my case it happens when I resize the game when it is displaying the first screen right after the launch.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Launch the game in windowed mode 2) Resize the game 3) Try to click the "Okay, thanks for the heads up !" button
