Game material calculation doesn't register correct steel calculation.

Game building material calculation doesn't correctly register steel count. I can count on the map that I have 1500 kg of steel. Game knows there is steel as it will zoom to steel material location.

had the exact same issue. almost wrote a comment, and then it triggered in my mind.

Steel is being reserved by another pending building and you probably forget it cause you set it up with low priority and forgot it ( don't ask how I know ).

I almost rage quit the game because of it :)
