Game keeps lagging.

I was playing oxygen not included as usual, almost launching my first ship, with a constant 50 fps, when suddenly my fps became 7, when i relaunched it looked good at the start, but quickly went back to 7. i am only using the calculated average output mod, and modified duplicants. i have a ryzen 2700x (cpu) 32 gb of ram, a gtx 1080 ti.
