Game Crashes Deconstructing Tattered Beach Chair Without PPP DLC owned/active in Steam

If you deconstruct the Tattered Beach Chair from the Marinea start when you do not own the Prehistoric Planet Pack DLC (or have deactivated it in Steam) will cause an immediate crash due to the assets for the Feather Fiber that attempts to spawn not being available. If the DLC is active in Steam but not active in the specific save crash will not occur and the resulting Feather Fiber will be usable as normal.
