Game crashes as the dupe tries to build insulated gas pipe.

Upon completing the build of an insulated gas pipe, the game freezes and then eventually crashes (quits entirely). I have isolated this bug by making a save right before the crash and trying different things. I'm either crazy or my folder doesn't have an output_log.txt file so I'm not attaching that. I'm attaching a game save though. Follow Nisbet. She first deconstructs a mesh tile and then builds the insulated gas pipe right below it. When she finishes building the pipe, game freezes.
