Game crash in game

With this save file the game crashes within the first 30-60 seconds of load of latest world

The game freezes for a while and then the game quits.

Also i am told that all the water i have on the map is a new bug with the ice, (dont know if this is a bug)

Attached Logfile, save files, and dxdiag.

Steps to Reproduce
load latest save, and play for 1min.

Since i cant see a edit button , this was on the latest testing branch "launch_testing -"

Also been retesting the crash, looks like it happens when dupes are building pipes
