Game asset for "Heavi-Watt Conductive Joint Plate" (heavywatttile_conductive_kanim) has incorrect values for [Anims] "off" on "on": in each [AnimFrame] ("Frame 0", "Frame 1", "Frame 2", "Frame 3"), [Anim Frame Element] "Element 1" refers to [Symbol Frame Instance] with index "1" of [Symbol] "outlets", while there exists only accessible [Symbol Frame Instance] with index "0".
Somehow this inconcistency does not affect the game, but it affects a particular mod that I use.
