Game and system crashes on loading save.

Issue first happened after creating 3 Buffer gates with 1 second 60 second and max delay connected to three mechanized air locks. Main screen turned gray with faint lines on it (see picture, sorry for poor quality) and second monitor went dark as though no input. Unable to get to task manager through ctrl alt del or ctrl shift esc. After hard restarting system, loaded into steam and loaded game. Main menu loaded without issue. Selected my main file (initial one was sandbox) and system went back to grey with lines and system frozen. Third time loaded into main menu to attempt to find version numbers, and alt-tabbed. Issue happened again. After restart left system idle without loading ONI and issue did not happen again. Please let me know if anything else is needed
