Full sweepy dock

Hi!

How do I empty full Sweepy Dock?
Sweepy gets stuck near it trying to unload collected materials.
The only thing that gets on my mind is using Auto-Sweeper. But this technology is available much later (especially taking into account the Mechatronics Engineering skill required for using it) and it is unable to move liquid.

Please, help!

Steps to Reproduce
Just allow Sweepy to fill up the Sweepy Dock

You can use an auto-sweeper to unload regular debris, but I don't know yet how to unload liquids
