This is new to the Rocketry upgrade. Even though I have the game set to full screen (and the screen resolution/refresh rate matches my monitor's), the Windows toolbar is still showing up at the bottom of the screen. If I go to my Windows settings and tell it to hide itself automatically, it still pops up when in-game if my mouse approaches the bottom of the screen.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Do not have Windows task bar set to automatically hide. 2. Launch the game in full screen resolution (mine is set to 3840x2160 @ 29Hz). 3. Observe the Windows task bar at the bottom of the screen.
