I had some meat on the floor and wanted my dupes to sweep it, but they couldn't reach it. I clicked the meat and saw the freshness was around 60%. I decided i didn't want the meat anymore, canceled sweeping and clicked compost. Suddenly the freshness was back at 100%. Works with liceloaf too, Seems to happen with all food. Bug or feature? 
Steps to Reproduce
Leave food rotting on floor. Click the food, click on sweep, then cancel sweep and click compost.
